speed up your tax interview by filling out the form below
Dear Taxpayer,
Before I can prepare your tax return, I need to collect your personal information for maximum accuracy.
Please download one of the following interview forms below depending on your residency status. You must fill it out, save, and upload using the upload button on the homepage.
US citizens, resident aliens, and long term residents of the US must usually file a resident tax return.
Temporary residents in the US may be required to file a nonresident tax return or both tax returns as dual-status residents.
To speed things up, I will need your interview (in-person, by phone, or the downloadable format below), photo ID, SSN card(s), ITIN(s), W2, 1099, 1098, 1095, and other tax forms from everywhere and for everyone, resident or non-resident. If you are a Non-Resident, I will also need your passport, VISA with entry stamp, and i94. If you have dependents while you are a Non-Resident, I will need their passport, VISA with entry stamp, and i94 as they have a filing requirement even if they do not have income, a SSN, or ITIN.
If you have income, savings, or assets outside of the US, you may be required to report to both IRS and FinCEN. Please ask me how.
I hope to assist you for years and keep you a happy customer.
Respectfully,
Jonathan Molina, Accountant, RRTP, ERO
